Darius holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Experience

Darius is Vice President of AI Training and Content at Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), where he leads the integration of AI across the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) curriculum and creates AI Labs, CFI's hands-on series teaching finance professionals to direct AI inside the tools they already work in.

Since 2009, Darius has worked across accounting, investment banking, and private equity. He began in accounting at KPMG, moved into investment banking at a boutique firm in Chicago, and then to the buy side as an investment professional at K1 Investment Management, a private equity firm focused on enterprise software.

Darius is also Managing Partner of Tesoro AI Venture Studio, where he oversees five portfolio companies across AI automation, infrastructure, and talent development. He previously taught private equity and investment banking as a Senior Instructor at Wall Street Prep.
